Ellie Jane Goulding was born in Hereford England on December 30 1986. Tracey Goulding Summers, her mother worked in a store. Arthur Goulding is the father. Goulding has three siblings: A sister Isabel whom is more senior, a brother Alex and another sister Jordan. Alex is her brother's younger. Alex plays the guitar. Alex also is part of a Hereford-based band. Her mother was a big advocate for her music as a child. When she reached the age of nine old she began learning the clarinet.
